An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Security officer to join the 1st Reaction Security Ltd Manned Guarding Team

Hours of Work/Shift Patterns are as follows:
4 on 4 off
1900-0700
Duties:
- Greet and assist members of staff including searching using airport style scanners
- Provide a safe and secure working environment for employees and visitors
- Prevent and deter thefts and losses
- Work with public and employees to provide a high level of customer service
- Act as a visual deterrent
- Produce comprehensive incident reports
The candidate must have:
- Frontline SIA licence
- First aid at work certificate
- Great customer service skills
- Great communication skills
- Good conflict management skills
- The ability to work as part of a team
- Be able to deescalate heated situations
- Strong administration skills
